About Kevin Santos

Kevin joined TKCK in July 2022. Prior to joining the firm he worked for a Fortune 100 insurer defending the insurer and its insureds in workers’ compensation, bodily injury, property damage, and contractual claims. He also oversaw strategy for regional Special Investigation Unit (S.I.U.) claims. Kevin previously served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted countless felonies and misdemeanors through trial. Kevin is a 2007 graduate of Boston College Law School and a 1999 graduate of The George Washington University. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and he focuses primarily on workers’ compensation defense.
