Melinda J. Kwart

Melinda J. Kwart's practice includes business and corporate law, real estate and estate planning. She routinely handles corporate governance, finance, licensing and leasing issues on behalf of clients, as well as contractual and transactional matters. Additionally Ms. Kwart has developed a niche practice in advising professional practice groups. Ms. Kwart has also concentrated her practice in estate planning, probate and trust administration services, having practiced in this field for more than 10 years. She enhanced this practice area by acquiring an L.L.M. from the graduate tax program at Boston University School of Law. She earned her B.A. from University of Wisconsin -1979, and graduated from Duke University School of Law in 1983 with high honors. Ms. Kwart is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Delaware, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts located in those states. Ms. Kwart was born in Wilmington, Delaware. She is married to Andrew A. Amatruda, Jr. They reside with their two boys in Attleboro, Massachusetts.
