Melissa Padula Fitzpatrick

Melissa A. Padula joined TKCK in 2003. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a civil litigation attorney as well as a business contract specialist. Melissa completed her law school internship at Neville & Kelley, specializing in civil insurance defense. Melissa also was involved with a program of Michigan State University, where she counseled both landlords and tenants regarding all legal housing matters. Melissa received her Bachelors Degree from North Adams State College and her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1999. She was admitted to the MA State Bar in 1999. She is also admitted to the MA Federal Bar.
