Michael R. Spillane

Michael R. Spillane is an associate with the Needham law firm of Orsi, Arone, Rothenberg, Iannuzzi, & Turner, LLP. Mr. Spillane concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate transactions and corporate law. Mr. Spillane earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College in 1990 and his Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) from New England School of Law in 1998. Mr. Spillane was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar Association in 1998 and was admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 1999. Mr. Spillane has represented clients in complex real estate transactions, including the development and finance of two indoor soccer facilities, the purchase, financing and leasing of office park space, and the purchase and sale of large area shopping centers. He has also represented many clients relative to the formation, purchase and sale of closely held business entities and the financing of various business ventures. Mr. Spillane is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and The Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts. He resides in Easton, Massachusetts with his wife and three children.
