Michele E. Connolly

Michele has substantial experience litigating commercial disputes from inception through trial and appeal for corporate and individual clients in a variety of industries, including banking, investment advising, healthcare, aviation, telecommunications, and entertainment. Michele’s experience also includes defending corporations and individuals in regulatory investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Michele joined Fitch Law Partners LLP after practicing at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York, and Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston. Michele is a graduate of Columbia College at Columbia University (B.A., 2001) and Harvard Law School (J.D., 2006). While at Harvard, Michele was the Managing Technical Editor of the Harvard Human Rights Journal. While at Columbia, Michele co-edited the magazine Helvidius and was the Vice President and Assistant Editor of the literary magazine Sister. Michele is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York, and is also admitted to practice in the Federal District Courts for the District of Massachusetts and the Southern District of New York, as well as before the United States Supreme Court.
