Neil McLaughlin

Neil McLaughlin's practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and business matters. He advises clients in connection with transactions including public and private equity financings, debt financings, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, stockholder arrangements, and executive employment and compensation matters. These matters often require the negotiation of complex multiparty agreements. In his securities practice, Neil has assisted clients in the execution of public offerings, PIPE transactions, and private placements. Neil represents clients in a diverse array of industries, including IT services, telecommunications, medical devices, industrial products, distribution, marketing and sales consulting, and hospitality. Neil is also a member of the firm's multidisciplinary Nanotechnology Practice Group where he focuses on corporate law issues including corporate structure, governance, and equity and debt financing including angel, venture capital, and private equity financing. Prior to joining Prince Lobel, Neil was a partner of McLaughlin & Hunt, LLP, a boutique law firm. He has also been a partner in the business department of a large Boston-based firm.
