Nicole Avitabile

Nicole Avitabile is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School. Her practice has been dedicated to civil litigation on behalf of injured individuals. Nicole concentrates her practice on personal injury matters, including automobile injuries, premise liability, medical malpractice, product liability, worker's compensation, and vaccine injury claims. She has represented hundreds of clients in both state and federal courts, including the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Federal Claims Court. Nicole's experience also includes counseling small businesses and families, as well as working with legal issues related to fertility and surrogacy. Her diverse legal background, combined with years of personal injury litigation experience, allows her to understand the unique challenges her clients face.
