Pamela is an Attorney at Cushing & Dolan P.C. She focuses her practice on tax law, corporate law and estate planning. She has extensive experience developing and implementing estate plans with a focus on estate tax minimization strategies involving the use of closely held entities, discount planning and lifetime transfers using irrevocable trusts. She also assists clients with their businesses, from formation to dissolution, including LLCs, limited partnerships and corporations (both S-corporations and C-Corporations), as well as non-profit entities.
