Paul R. O'Connell Jr.

Paul rejoined the firm as of counsel in January 2009, having previously been an associate and partner in the firm from 1967 to 1987. Paul's primary areas of focus are estate planning and trust/estate administration. He serves as trustee or co-trustee on a number of active trusts. Paul also serves as outside general counsel to several corporations. For the previous three years, Paul was a solo practitioner in Millbury, Massachusetts, and a former partner of Kennan and O'Connell, also in Millbury. He was executive director of the Massachusetts Biotechnology Research Institute in 1988.
