Paul Scannell

Paul M. Scannell joined TKCK in December 2019. He is a graduate of Bates College and Suffolk University Law School. For thirty years he has litigated Massachusetts Workers’ Compensation cases. The majority of this work has been Insurance defense. Mr. Scannell has worked both as panel firm counsel and as in-house counsel. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and has in the past volunteered at the Massachusetts Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Impartial Medical Committee. He also attends regular seminars on Workers’ Compensation.
