Rachel Watsky

Rachel Watsky is an Associate Attorney at WatskyLaw, and practices Environmental Law, Land Use and Zoning Law, and Administrative Law. Her background in Earth Sciences and as a wetland scientist is a benefit to her legal work. Rachel provides thorough legal research and is valued for her strong legal advocacy and writing skills at WatskyLaw. She is also a co-author with Matt Watsky of commentary articles published in LandLaw. Prior to joining WatskyLaw full-time, Rachel was a judicial intern at Land Court for two judges in 2016 and 2017, interned at the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection's Office of General Counsel in 2017, and performed legal research during clinical work for a local legal nonprofit tackling environmental issues and for a committee at the Massachusetts State House. Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys exploring nature reserves, paddleboarding, and kayaking with her family and friends. She also enjoys crafting and trying new recipes.
