Robert P. Yeaton

Bob Yeaton provides services in the areas of estate planning, business planning and transactions, trust and estate administration, and tax. Bob’s familiarity with tax law and involvement with both estate planning and business matters enables him to assist owners of closely-held businesses with both their personal planning and business needs. Bob has more than 30 years of experience in providing personalized service to estate planning clients, including both individuals needing simple plans and persons with complex trust, estate tax, charitable giving, asset protection and business planning considerations. He also represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries regarding trusts, estates, guardianships and conservatorships and serves as trustee or fiduciary when requested. Bob routinely deals with real estate issues arising in connection with estate planning and estate administration. Bob has represented numerous closely-held businesses and professional practices with regard to formation, agreements between owners, employment agreements, contracts with other businesses, lease and financing transactions, succession planning, mergers, acquisitions and sale of interests.
