Sholom Fine has been with The Wagner Law Group since 2006, specializing in ERISA and Employee Benefits. He is responsible for assisting firm clients on all issues regarding qualified retirement plans. In addition, Sholom has experience functioning as the court-appointed independent fiduciary for employee plans, and in that role has managed the administration and termination of orphaned plans, including distribution of account balances to participants and searching for missing participants. Sholom serves as the Chief Technology Officer of The Wagner Law Group.
