Attorney Simon B. Mann is the managing partner at Mann Law Firm, P.C. Simon engages in an expansive array of litigation matters throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Attorney Mann specializes in Injury Law, Employment Law, Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation where he regularly represents clients in the local Trial Courts, the Massachusetts Commission against Discrimination, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He has successfully advocated for clients and negotiated numerous and substantial injury and personal injury settlements, compensation packages, severance agreements, and assists in obtaining unemployment benefits. In the Summer of 2015 Attorney Mann was awarded the Martindale-Hubbell Client Distinction Award. In 2018, Attorney Mann was selected by Super Lawyers to the Rising Star list. Attorney Mann’s practice focuses further on commercial litigation, consumer litigation, probate law, estate representation, and civil litigation.
