Steven Pellerin

In January 2024, Attorney Milligan handpicked Attorney Steven Pellerin to join him at Milligan & Higgins. Attorney Pellerin’s extensive experience and substantial growth as a trial lawyer are integral components of his success at Milligan & Higgins. His ability to assess, analyze, and exploit the weaknesses in the prosecutor’s cases against his clients is a tool that informs his daily approach to our cases inside and outside the courtroom. Prior to joining Milligan & Higgins, Attorney Pellerin served as an Assistant District Attorney in Essex, Plymouth, and Barnstable counties. He began as a line Assistant District Attorney prosecuting a litany of criminal charges ranging from petty misdemeanors to major felonies. Attorney Pellerin worked his way up to a Supervising Assistant District Attorney where he was responsible for the training and supervision of four Assistant District Attorneys. During his tenure, Attorney Pellerin was viewed as a skilled trial attorney that earned respect from judges and court personnel. Attorney Pellerin has proven himself as a successful trial attorney experienced in prosecuting OUIs; drug offenses; domestic violence; assault and battery charges; larcenies; fraud; motor vehicle offenses; and juvenile offenses. Attorney Pellerin received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Bridgewater State College and his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Massachusetts School of Law.
