Stuart J. Hamilton

Stuart Hamilton joined Wolkon & Pascucci, LLP in 2009 as Of Counsel to the firm. Stuart's practice focuses on estate planning, administration and probate matters. He specializes in representing high net worth individuals, although he handles estates of all sizes for his clients. Stuart is the author of a chapter on retirement benefits in the book Practical Guide to Estate Planning. Stuart also serves as an adjunct faculty member at Boston College Law School, where he is a guest lecturer in the Estate Planning course. Stuart graduated magna cum laude from Boston College Law School in 1997, where he was a writer and Articles Editor for the Boston College Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Stuart had an eighteen year career in business, including running a consulting firm specializing in business and personal financial planning. Stuart has an MBA from Dartmouth College Amos Tuck School of Business Administration, and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Hamilton College. Stuart also attended the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. Stuart also maintains a law practice at Hamilton Law Office, P.C. in Sudbury, Massachusetts. He previously worked as an attorney at the Boston firms of Ropes & Gray LLP and Hill & Barlow, PC. Stuart also served as a law clerk for the Hon. Roderick L. Ireland of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Stuart is President of the Board of Trustees of Parmenter Community Health Care, Inc. in Wayland and a Co-Warden of St. Elizabeth's Episcopal Church in Sudbury.
