Timothy B. Sweetland

Tim is a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of New York, the State of New Hampshire, the United States District Courts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a graduate of New England School of Law, magna cum laude, 2005 and received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Albany in 2002. Tim’s practice focuses on the defense of physicians, nurses, hospitals, and other medical facilities in both the state and federal courts. He also manages cases involving premises liability, insurance coverage, and other general areas of civil litigation. Prior to joining Sloane and Walsh, Tim was an associate at a mid-sized Boston civil litigation firm, where his practice was centered on the area of toxic torts and municipal liability. He has also served as a law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court.
