Charles E. Clos

Charles E. Mr. Clos routinely represents both businesses and individuals in litigation proceedings, is well-versed in corporate formation, contracts, estate planning, divorce, Internet trademark disputes, misdemeanor criminal, and has appeared before numerous administrative law agencies throughout the State of Michigan. In 2012 Mr. Clos prevailed on behalf of a client in a case involving the Teamsters, who were suing Mr. Clos' client for reimbursement of medical expenses. Mr. Clos also holds certification in mediation and alternate dispute resolution where he has arbitrated many commercial and business disputes.
