Ms. Constand began solo practice in 2014, initially focusing on family law. She expanded her practice to include adoption, probate administration, guardianship and conservatorship law as these areas naturally overlap with family law. Ms. Constand provides representation for family law matters, including divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, spousal support, father's rights (paternity),adoption, probate administration, guardianship and conservatorship, as well as other family related issues.
