Greg A. Jones

Greg Jones received his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2011 after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Eastern Michigan University in 2008. Since his admission to the Michigan Bar, Greg has focused his career on representing individuals in disputes against insurance companies and corporations. He spent the first several years of his career representing injured people in a large personal-injury firm. He has successfully recovered over $50 million dollars on behalf of his clients through settlements and verdicts. Greg has focused his career on trial advocacy and has obtained favorable verdicts in cases in various Michigan counties. Some highlights include: $4.9 million settlement in a complex brain-injury claim $300,000 verdict for the Plaintiff in a disputed liability trial in Macomb County Circuit Court. Verdict against Farm Bureau for 100% of unpaid insurance benefits plus tens of thousands of dollars in attorney-fee sanctions in Monroe County Circuit Court. $100,000 verdict for bodily injury plus attorney-fee sanctions more than the defendant’s policy limits on a $5,000.00 offer in Wayne County Circuit Court. Verdict for over $100,000 in unpaid insurance benefits, interest, and attorney-fee sanctions in a zero-offer case against State Farm Insurance Company in Wayne County Circuit Court. $50,000 bodily injury verdict plus attorney-fee sanctions in a disputed liability claim in a zero-offer case in Wayne County Circuit Court. Since 2019, Greg has expanded his practice to include employment disputes, such as discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination. He provides comprehensive representation, gearing his strategy toward meeting each client’s individual goals and obtaining for them the closure they deserve.
