James H. Koning

James H. Koning has been in practice for over 30 years, is an AV rated lawyer, and has litigated cases throughout the country in both state and federal courts. Mr. Koning has been involved in many multi-million dollar cases. Mr. Koning has been a lecturer on products liability law at the Western Michigan University College of Engineering since 1984. Mr. Koning has co-authored many legal treatises, including "Advanced Product Liability: The Drug Case," "Michigan Law of Damages" and "Michigan Causes of Action Form Book". Mr. Koning specializes in complex civil litigation, wrongful death law and general litigation.
