Justin A. Breithaupt J.D.

Attorney Justin Breithaupt specializes in civil litigation. He began his career practicing primarily insurance defense, where he gained valuable experience in handling complex litigation matters. Justin has litigated cases across a wide range of subjects including personal injury, No-Fault PIP claims, wrongful death, premises liability, contract disputes, property disputes, and everything in between. Justin has been on the Super Lawyer list since 2022, and in 2024 was named as a Super Lawyer Rising Star. He fights for his clients and values honesty and open communication. Justin is an active member of the community and serves on the board of trustees at his church, Kalamazoo First Assembly. He is also active with the Southwest Michigan Miracle League. While not practicing law, Justin enjoys spending time in nature with his wife Samantha and their three children, volunteering with local organizations, cooking, and cheering on the Michigan Wolverines.
