Michael R. Bartish

Michael R. Bartish Mike is an associate who has practiced criminal law since he graduated from law school in 1998. After graduation, he was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army Judge Advocate Generals Corps, and served as trial counsel, senior trial counsel and trial defense counsel. He has defended soldiers accused of a variety of offenses, including drug distribution, rape and possession of child pornography. After four years of active duty, Mike went into private practice and now specializes in criminal defense and military law. Mike is a member of several bar associations, and he is a Reserve Captain in the United States Army, currently assigned to the 154th Legal Service Organization.
