Sarah E. Henderson

Sarah E. Henderson is an associate of Bell, Boyd & Lloyd LLC in the firm's Tax and Estate Planning Departments. Ms. Henderson assists clients in planning and administrating estates of varying sizes and complexity. She also counsels charitable clients in applying for and maintaining tax-exempt status. During law school, she worked as law clerk for the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Illinois where she researched disciplinary and constitutional issues. Ms. Henderson earned CALI awards for the highest grade in Torts, Conflicts of Law, Professional Responsibility, Federal Income Tax, Legal Writing, and Advanced Legal Research. She also drafted judicial opinions during an externship with Federal District Judge Ruben Castillo. Ms. Henderson received her undergraduate degree from Northern Michigan University in Marquette, MI and her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
