Sharri L. Rolland Phillips

Sharri L. Rolland Phillips, Esq. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Oakland University and a Juris Doctor from the Detroit College of Law (Michigan State University College of Law). She holds a Certificate of Completion in the areas of probate and estate planning issued by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan. She has a broad background in Alternative Dispute Resolution and is a trained general civil mediator. Ms. Phillips founded her firm with a focus on Probate & Estate Planning. Her mission is to insure justice and help clients position their assets as intended. To that end, she draws upon her experience in agriculture, land stewardship/development, industry, and closely held small business. She practices in Oakland, Macomb, and Lapeer Counties and currently serves the Probate Court in Guardianship, Conservatorship and Mental Health proceedings. Ms. Phillips is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Michigan; Oakland County Bar Association, and Lapeer County Bar Association. She is a past President of the D. Augustus Straker Bar Association; a recipient of the National Bar Association's Outstanding Chapter Award - Region VI (Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, and Tennessee); a past Treasurer of the National Bar Association - Region VI; and past Director of the D. Augustus Straker Bar Foundation.
