Susan Jill Rice

Susan Jill Rice practices in the areas of creditor's rights in bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Ms. Rice received her undergraduate from Olivet Nazarene University and earned her law degree from Notre Dame Law School. Ms. Rice previously served as Career Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert K. Rodibaugh and the Honorable Harry C. Dees, Jr. of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Indiana and is licensed to practice law in Indiana and Michigan Ms. Rice represents secured lenders, creditors' committees and other creditors in both consumer and business bankruptcy cases, defends parties in preference and avoidance actions and counsels business clients in pre-bankruptcy planning.
