Mr. Knecht's law practice includes working with small to medium sized businesses, Non Profit organizations, residential and commerical real estate matters, Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney for Health Care and Finances, elder law, estate planning, wealth transfer and business and probate litigation. Mr. Knecht maintains memberships in the Genesee County Bar Association (Past President), State Bar of Michigan (2002 Chairman of the Negligence Section), American Inn of Court (Member and Past President) Community Foundation of Greater Flint (Past President) and US District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. Mr. Knecht was the 2023 recipient of the Herbert A. Milliken, Jr. Civility Award from the Genesee County Bar Association and American Inn of Court.
