Daniel E Warner

Warner Law Office, P.A. was founded in 1987 by Daniel E. Warner. Mr. Warner is an attorney licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in the district of Minnesota, as well as before the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Warner is a cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College of Law (1983), where he obtained the distinction of taking first place in its moot court competition. He has tried numerous jury and court trials on behalf of individuals in the field of employment law and has argued cases before the Minnesota Supreme Court, the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Mr. Warner has also tried labor arbitrations, unemployment compensation cases and has handled claims before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Minnesota Department of Human Rights, and the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. He is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and the Minnesota State and Dakota County Bar Associations. Mr. Warner is also certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Labor and Employment Law Specialist. Volunteer Activities Mr. Warner was the President of the South St. Paul/Inver Grove Heights Rotary Club in 2015-16 and is on the Board of Directors of Neighbors, Inc., a food shelf in South St. Paul. Additionally, Mr. Warner volunteers his time with the federal court Pro Se Project, which provides free legal assistance to certain unrepresented employees in federal court proceedings upon the request of the court. Mr. Warner also has served as a mock trial judge in the Minnesota state high school mock trial competition. Mr. Warner formerly served on the Board of Directors of Civil Society for over 15 years, a Minnesota non-profit corporation which rescues and restores international human trafficking victims. He formerly served on the Metropolitan Council Minority Advisory Committee, the Board of Directors of Blackberry TownOffice Association, was formerly President of Shannon Town Homes Homeowner's Association, and was a former board member and officer of the Minnesota Valley Exchange Club.
