Daniel J. Sathre

Daniel J. Sathre is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation and Real Estate Law & Litigation practice groups. Daniel’s hard work and intellect earned him recognition as a former Law Clerk for Minnesota Legal Aid, a former Summer Associate with MCM and as a former Law Clerk in Minnesota’s 4th Judicial District Court. In law school, Daniel was selected to the Notre Dame Moot Court Board, where he briefed and argued an appeal before a three judge panel at the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. As a Law Clerk at the trial court level, Daniel gained significant exposure to motion practice and trial work from the Court’s perspective. Daniel graduated from the University of Minnesota with a double major in political science and psychology and Notre Dame Law School. Daniel is a native of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
