Daniel Kufus represents clients in drafting and execution of estate planning documents. He has experience with Wills, Trusts, and Supplemental/Special Needs Trusts. In addition, Daniel Kufus has represented heirs, devisees, trust beneficiaries, guardians, conservators, trustees, and personal representatives in hundreds of probate matters. In addition to numerous trials, he has appeared before the Minnesota Court of Appeals on several occassions. Finally, Daniel Kufus represents lawyers in professional discipline cases.
