Evan is passionate about working with clients to solve problems and meet the client's specific needs, from business transactions to representing clients in the courtroom. Evan is a zealous legal advocate who combines litigation skills with an attention to detail to get the best possible results for his clients. Prior to joining Smith Jadin Johnson, Evan ran a solo practice specializing in the representation of homeowner's associations. Evan has extensive experience representing builders and common interest communities in all aspects of community association law, including the construction and formation of new communities. In his free time, Evan enjoys reading, playing golf, volunteering at his church, and spending time with his family.
