Gregory S. Otsuka

Greg Otsuka is a partner in DLA Piper's Restructuring group, based in Chicago. He focuses his practice on bankruptcy and restructuring litigation, and he regularly represents debtors, creditors, official committees and retained professionals in chapter 11 cases. Mr. Otsuka also has extensive experience in all phases of litigation in a broad range of commercial matters. His representative matters have included serving as counsel to the debtors in the chapter 11 cases of East West Resort Development and Morton Industrial Group, representing the official committees of unsecured creditors in the bankruptcy cases of Polaroid Corporation and Neumann Homes, Inc. and advising the Special Committee of the Board of Directors in the Tropicana Entertainment, LLC matter. In addition, Mr. Otsuka regularly represents investment banks and other professionals in chapter 11 retention and payment issues.
