Jason Migala

Since graduating from the University of St. Thomas Law School, Jason Migala has earned a reputation for being an aggressive defender of people who find themselves on the wrong side of the law. Representing the interests of the criminally accused has been the focus of Jason’s practice since he launched Migala Law Office over thirteen years ago. Jason has represented clients in all types of cases, ranging from simple speeding tickets to homicide. Jason is known not only for his negotiation skills, but also for taking cases to trial, and winning, if his clients aren’t offered a favorable result. Over the course of hundreds of trials, Jason has won not guilty verdicts in numerous cases, including criminal sexual conduct cases, domestic violence cases, drug cases, even attempted murder cases.
