Jeffrey J. Lindquist

Jeff has 35 years experience defending clients, large and small, in a wide array of civil litigation matters venued in Minnesota state, federal, and administrative courts. He is a recognized and respected workers’ compensation attorney, and is a chapter author of the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Desk Book. Jeff has extensive employment law experience covering the full range of employment-related legal services, from consulting on policies and practices, to litigating complex employment disputes, such as wrongful termination and employment discrimination claims. Jeff has also successfully defended clients in broad variety of other civil litigation matters, ranging from personal injury cases to complex commercial disputes. As an experienced appellate lawyer, Jeff serves on the Amicus Committee of the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association, and has written numerous friend-of-the-court briefs on behalf of that organization. Outside the office, Jeff volunteers extensively in his home community of St. Michael, including many years of coaching youth sports, working with non-profit groups, and promoting the arts. He is a former Board Member and Board Chair of the St. Michael-Albertville School Board. Jeff loves music, and moonlights as a singer-guitarist in a weekend rock-and-roll band.
