John Hartnett Faricy Jr.

John Faricy is a complex insurance recovery and business litigator who seeks justice for his clients. He and his firm have extensive experience in large cases including the recovery of billions of dollars of insurance assets in the asbestos arena. A New York Federal District Court Judge appointed him a Subclass Representative in the epic Johns-Manville class action finding that “Mr. Faricy has skillfully and tenaciously asserted [his clients’] interests throughout this litigation.” In that case he obtained the 10 million dollar "war chest" that was parlayed into a multi-billion dollar insurance recovery. He represents individual and corporate policyholders in obtaining disputed insurance coverage. Mr. Faricy is listed in the Marquis editions of Who’s Who in American Law, Who’s Who in Finance and Business, Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who in the World. He was named as a 2005 “Attorney of the Year” by Minnesota Lawyer. He also chairs the Board of the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center and is involved in other community activities.
