Justin M. Schmidt

Justin M. Schmidt started his career in the law as a personal injury paralegal in July 2010 and began working at the Law Office of Jeffrey A. Jones, P.A. in January 2015. After a few years working as a paralegal, he knew his passion was helping the injured and decided to go back to law school. Justin graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota in May 2020. During his time as a paralegal, Justin managed thousands of personal injury cases as an assistant to the attorney. Upon completion of law school and obtaining his license, he has successfully represented clients in mediations, arbitrations, court hearings, and at trial. Justin grew up on a farm in a small community in southwest Minnesota where hard work was expected, integrity was demanded, and everyone looked out for one another. He now applies that upbringing to each and every case. Justin is an active member of the Minnesota Association for Justice and Minnesota State Bar Association.
