Karly A. Kauf

"I believe that people deserve an advocate who can help with all types of problems without condescension or judgment. My goal every day is to assist in the manner that is most beneficial to the individual client in order to do whatever I can to help." Karly practices in the following areas: Community Association Law Insurance Appraisals and Litigation Insurance Coverage Disputes Construction Law and Litigation Appellate Practice Family Law LGBTQ* Law Karly has a wide range of legal experience, and has successfully advocated on behalf of her clients at all stages of the legal process. In particular, she has experience advocating on behalf of homeowners' associations in matters including everything from day to day questions all the way through litigation and court appearances. She has also worked on both sides of insurance disputes, including claim investigation, coverage analysis, and litigation, which leaves her uniquely suited to assist clients with a variety of legal issues as they arise. Prior to her work with homeowners' associations and insurance disputes, Karly represented individuals and families in family law matters across Minnesota.
