Kirk Tisher

Kirk Tisher is a Senior Associate in Burns and Hansen's civil practice group, focusing on real estate, corporate and litigation matter. Kirk's practice focuses on helping small and medium size business owners with their various legal needs. Kirk has successfully represented clients in district courts throughout the state of Minnesota, the Minnesota Court of Appeals, and the federal District of Minnesota. Kirk also represent clients who must address their disputes through an arbitration process. Additionally, he has drafted and negotiated contracts of all types, including real estate purchase agreements and business sale agreements. To best represent his clients, Kirk seeks to understand their goals, and make sure his representation is tailored to accomplish them in a cost-effective matter. He provides his clients with clear and concise guidance that allows them to understand how to navigate what can be a difficult and complicated process. Prior to joining Burns & Hansen, P.A., Kirk served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Walter Kaminsky in Minnesota's Tenth Judicial District. Kirk diligently represents his clients in both litigation and transactional matters. Kirk graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2015. He has a degree in Geological Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.
