Leo F. Schumacher is always looking for his next great adventure, whether it's hiking the Pacific Northwest, climbing the mountains of Ecuador, or discovering the next great Americana/folk band. Maybe that's why he enjoys his commercial real estate practice so much. For those who would argue that commercial real estate can't be all that exciting, Leo firmly disagrees. Coming to work means jumping into a new challenge every day, from assisting clients with the acquisition and development of real estate to negotiation of leases. If his work didn't give him the adrenaline rush he craves, he'd hit the trail with Rainy, his beloved basset hound.
