Mark E. Dooley

Mark Dooley is a litigator practicing primarily in employment litigation and contract disputes. Mark has served as in-house counsel for multi-national and Fortune 500 companies where he advised on employment issues, contract disputes, and appeared in litigation and administrative hearings. In private practice, Mark has represented a national hotel and resort chain, a national property management firm, and an international logistics company. Mark also has represented Plaintiffs and has routinely secured successful outcomes for his clients in both State and Federal courts including: Litigating a multi-party sex discrimination claim involving an international retailer resulting in successful settlement for all plaintiffs; Representing a national shipping broker in a tortious interference claim resulting in the dismissal of the matter by motion; Representing a dental practice in a claim involving a national broadcasting company resulting in dismissal of the matter by motion; and Arbitrating a multi-million dollar real estate contractual dispute resulting in dissolution of the parties' onerous contract and subsequent sale of land.
