Michael L. Puklich

Mic Puklich is a trial lawyer practicing primarily in the areas of employment and business litigation. Mic has successfully represented numerous individuals and corporations in a wide variety of litigation in both Federal and State Courts. Mic has obtained millions of dollars for his clients in both verdicts and settlements. He obtained the largest recovery ever awarded against the Federal Aviation Administration in an employment matter and the largest award in the State of Minnesota for a workers’ compensation retaliation claim. Mic graduated magna cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law, graduating in the top 10% of his law school class.
