Nicholas M. Rotar

Hailing from southeastern Wisconsin, Nick has been practicing law in Minnesota with VanDerHeyden Law Office since April of 2015. Nick has focused his practice on civil litigation, with a focus on family law, personal injury, subrogation and collections. Prior to relocating to Rochester, Nick worked at a personal injury firm outside Milwaukee. Shortly after joining VanDerHeyden Law Office, Nick added the state of North Dakota to his practice and has enjoyed a robust practice in various areas of practice across multiple jurisdictions. Nick has shown patience, understanding and compassion when working with diverse clientele going through difficult situations in their lives. While a dedicated and steadfast advocate with litigation experience, Nick is also pragmatic and realistic and works to try to achieve the best and least intrusive solution possible for his clients.
