Robert E Oleisky

Bob Oleisky has spent his entire legal career practicing criminal defense and advocating for his clients. He has represented clients over the last 28 years on every type of criminal charge ranging from DWI, assaults, thefts and even murder. He has been named a Minnesota “Super Lawyer” for 20 straight years. Bob graduated from Hamline Law School in 1992 and founded his own law firm representing individuals accused of criminal offenses. In 1997, his sister, Jill Oleisky, joined him and they formed the law firm of Oleisky & Oleisky, P.A. Bob has tried jury and court trials across the state of Minnesota. He has obtained dismissals of charges in misdemeanor and felony cases. He practices criminal defense in both state and federal court. Bob is a member of Minnesota Society for Criminal Justice, the MN State Bar Association and has spoken at many Continuing Legal Education seminars over the years.
