Scott D. Lehman

Scott D. Lehman concentrates his law practice in commercial transactions, public private partnerships, and litigation with specialization in construction and real estate development having achieved special recognition as a Board-Certified Construction Law Specialist by the Florida Bar. Scott represents business owners, property owners, developers, concessionaires, design professionals, general contractors, and subcontractors in all aspects of entity formation, and related agreements, the negotiation and preparation of design and construction documents, as well as in the negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation of claims involving design and construction contracts, design and construction defects, insurance, surety bonds, and related matters. Mr. Lehman also assists with development management and project administration on construction projects. Scott also represents clients in all aspects of the construction and development process for public, private and Public Private Partnership (PPP) construction projects, including airports, waste-water treatment facilities, universities, hotels, retail centers, office buildings, mixed-use facilities, parking garages, condominiums, multi-family, student, and single-family housing.
