Thomas Atkinson

Tom is the founding partner of Atkinson Gerber Law Office. He has dedicated nearly 30 years of his life to the workers' compensation field. While he once represented employers and insurance companies in workers' comp cases, he now uses that insight to effectively navigate the process and better aid injured workers in Minnesota. Having suffered a workplace injury himself, Tom personally knows what it's like to face insurance companies, and he is committed to providing aggressive advocacy for his clients.
