William J. Schroeder

Bill practiced law in St. Cloud, Minnesota for the last 37 years, the last 20 years of which as a sole practitioner. His practice always focused in the areas of real estate, estate planning, probate and business. Prior to his legal career, Bill worked in the buying office of Target stores for 3 years. Bill is a certified real estate specialist and serves as the Examiner of Titles for torrens real estate in Stearns and Benton Counties. His real estate practice included everything from representing clients in the acquisition/sale of real estate to identifying and resolving title problems. His practice also included setting up business entities to include limited liability companies and corporations, the purchase and sale of businesses, and providing advice to small businesses.
