Wyatt S. Partridge

Wyatt Partridge is an attorney in Foley & Mansfield's Minneapolis office. He practices in the Commercial Finance and Transactions and Commercial Litigation groups, with a focus on real estate and financing transactions and disputes. Wyatt works with banks, lending insututions, insurance companies and private businesses. Wyatt works with clients on a variety of matters involving real estate and finance issues - including mortage priority and reformation, title disputes and secured transactions. He also advises businesses on matters involving leasing, landlord/tenant issues and buy/sell agreements, drafting and negotiating contracts - and when necessary, litigating contract disputes. Since joining the firm, Wyatt has litigated nearly 100 cases to successful resolution. After law school, Wyatt served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Terri J. Stoneburner at the Minnesota Court of Appeals, where he worked with appellate judges creating bench memos and draft opinions. While earning his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, he was an editor of the Law Review and co-director of the school's mentoring program. Wyatt's William Mitchell Law Review article, Reviving Mutuality: Restricting the Application of Defensive Collateral Estoppel - State v. Lemmer, was presented at the annual Cases You Need to Know Symposium. In his free time, Wyatt is a volunteer tennis coach for the Minneapolis InnerCity Tennis program.
