Henry N. Dick III

Henry Dick is a member of Page, Mannino, Peresich & McDermott, PLLC. He oversees the firm's estate and business planning, estate administration, bond financings, like-kind exchanges, formations, and mergers and acquisitions. As an estate planner, Henry has assisted hundreds of clients in planning the orderly transfer of assets valued in excess of a half-billion dollars. Henry also is one of a handful of attorneys on the Mississippi Gulf Coast listed in The Redbook for his expertise in municipal bond financings. Henry has been involved as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, issuer's counsel, and lender's counsel in connection with dozens of bond financings for various municipalities, school districts, and other governmental units. Henry was born and raised in Biloxi, Mississippi. He obtained his accounting degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1992. From there, Henry attended law school at the University of Mississippi where he graduated in 1995.
