Kimberly R Lentz

Kim is a graduate of the University of Alabama and attended Cumberland School of Law. She continued her legal education by attending New York University School of Law, earning an LLM in Taxation. Kim has represented debtors, trustees and creditors in Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy cases and handled all types of contested matters and adversary proceedings, including avoidance actions and discharge litigation. In 2003, Kim was appointed Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the six southern counties of the Southern District of Mississippi. Kim is a frequent speaker on consumer bankruptcy topics. She served as President of the Mississippi Bankruptcy Conference and has served on the Local Rules Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi.
