Timothy W. Lindsay

Tim Lindsay is the Managing Shareholder in the firm's Jackson, Mississippi office. He is a life-long Mississippian with personal and professional ties across the state. Tim has a keen interest in the economic growth and development of his native state which he believes directly coincides with the success of businesses operating in Mississippi and the stability of the state's workforce. Tim is routinely sought by clients to provide legal advice and offer guidance in avoiding potential problems and costly litigation in the labor and employment arena. In litigation, Tim has defended employers against claims involving state and federal employment laws with a high success rate for over 25 years.
